Online Banking Update

We are pleased to announce that we are updating security for consumer Online Banking. This update will take advantage of internet browser security settings that provide better protection for your information as you use Online Banking. It will also limit the number of unsupported browsers and operating systems people can use to access Online Banking, making it more secure for everyone to use. This security update will be implemented on February 18, 2018.

If you have trouble accessing Online Banking after the update, you may need to enable a security setting called TLS 1.2 in your browser. Click here for instructions on how to check your browser security settings and enable TLS 1.2. If you need assistance with checking your browser security settings, please contact your preferred source of technical support.

Please note: If your computer’s operating system is Windows XP, you will not be able to enable TLS 1.2 in your browser security settings, and we strongly recommend you update your operating system to one that meets current security standards.

If you have questions or concerns about this update, please call our One Call Center at (888) 522-2265. The call center will be closed on February 19, 2018 for the Presidents’ Day holiday but will reopen on February 20.
