What have Lake City Bank’s diversity and inclusion efforts taught you so far?
I’m a member of the Diversity and Inclusion task force, and I’m learning more all the time. My biggest takeaway thus far is that even though we come from different cultures and communities, we all should be kind, show love, respect and honor each other.
