Why do you value working at Lake City Bank?
Lake City Bank has given me the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. I felt that I belonged at Lake City Bank as a college intern years ago, and that sense of belonging is still true today as a working mother.

How does Lake City Bank exemplify its core value of inclusivity?
Lake City Bank believes a diverse workforce strengthens the bank. The bank exemplifies inclusivity by creating a Diversity and Inclusion Task Force, so they can provide a voice for all employees.

What have Lake City Bank’s diversity and inclusion efforts taught you so far?
Lake City Bank’s diversity and inclusion efforts have taught me that there is a lot of work to be done regarding diversity and inclusion and so much more to learn. I’m glad to be part of the Diversity and Inclusion task force, and more importantly, I’m thrilled to see that our employees want to take an active role in the bank’s efforts.
