AVP, EBanking Risk & Compliance Officer

 

Under the direction of the AVP, Electronic Banking Manager, this position is responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with electronic banking transactions related to Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Instant Payments. This position ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, developing risk management strategies and maintaining the integrity of our ACH and Instant Payment systems. Works in cooperation with the Digital Solutions Application Manager to implement new electronic banking payment products, technologies, and services.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Five+ years of experience in ACH Operations, risk management or compliance within banking or financial services required.
  • Accredited ACH Professional Certification or Accredited Payments Risk Professional Certification required.
  • In depth understanding of Nacha rules, and best practice in ACH risk management. Experience with The Clearing House (TCH) and FedNow payment networks.
  • Familiarity with payment processing platform and digital banking solutions.
