AVP, Operations Business Analyst Officer
The AVP, Operations Business Analyst Officer provides leadership and support for projects that drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, respond to regulatory changes, and implement new products. Leveraging technologies such as Monarch’s Data Prep solution, Nintex Robotic Processing Automation, Automated Intelligence (AI), FCM Extracts and Workflows, Excel, Word, and Access, the individual works closely with teams across the bank, including Operations, Application Management, and Project Management to support products like IBS Core, FCM Workflows, Item Processing, Statements, Lockbox, FCM Reports and FCM Documents. With the backing of Operations leadership, this role ensures effective collaboration and coordination to achieve project goals.
Required Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Five+ years of experience in ACH Operations, risk management or compliance within banking or financial services required.
- Broad knowledge of bank operations policies and procedures and how they are related to other areas of the bank.
- Strong personal computer skills including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Advanced knowledge of Visio, Data Prep, database, or sequel preferred.
