Caring for Our Environment

Lake City Bank has partnered with the Lilly Center for Lakes & Streams in a three-year commitment to help the Lilly Center educate students with the ultimate goal of improving the freshwater lakes and streams in Kosciusko County. In supporting the Lilly Center’s activities, the bank was especially interested in helping students increase their water literacy.

Lake City Bank helped sponsor the Lilly Center Art Contest, which engages fourth to 12th grade students from across the county to produce original art depicting our local waterways. Winners receive cash prizes, have their work featured in the Lilly Center’s annual art contest calendar and bookmarks, and displayed locally. The art contest called for illustrations of lake and stream habitats. Check out all the winners below.
