How do I access Lake City Bank Digital?
On a computer, go to lakecitybank.com and click the Access Account dropdown in the top right. Lake City Bank Digital is the first option in the dropdown. On a tablet or phone, go to your phone’s app store and download the Lake City Bank Digital app.Since Lake City Bank Digital is one solution for all users, business and personal users will log in using the same login page and will use the same app.

I’m locked out of Lake City Bank Digital. How do I unlock my account?
To keep your account secure, you need to call our One Call Center at (888) 522-2265 to reset your account. We’ll ask you some security questions to confirm your identity and reset your password.
When I log in to Lake City Bank Digital for the first time, does it matter what device I use?
You can log in on any device—desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device.
I’m trying to log in to Lake City Bank Digital, but I can’t receive a Secure Access Code (SAC). What should I do?
We need to have a current phone number on file for you to receive a Secure Access Code (SAC). Please call our One Call Center at (888) 522-2265 for help with updating your contact information.
I can’t get Lake City Bank Digital to launch on my computer (or tablet). What should I do?
Check your browser. Make sure you’re using a recent version of Chrome (preferred), Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari. Lake City Bank Digital won’t work using Internet Explorer.
Lake City Bank Digital is not loading fully on my computer. What do I do?
Your browser’s cache may contain old pages. To fix:

  • Close your browser and reopen it.
  • Press CTRL+F5 on your keyboard. This is a shortcut to clearing browser cache for any browser on a Windows computer.

If you’re using MAC Safari:

  • Click on the Safari drop down menu and select Preferences.
  • Click on the Advanced tab, then click Show Develop menu in the menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
  • Select the Develop drop down menu.
  • Click Empty Cache.

Can I use Face ID® with Lake City Bank Digital?
Yes, you can use Face ID, Touch ID®, fingerprint login or a passcode to log in on your mobile device.
Can I use Samsung Watch and other Android wearables with Lake City Bank Digital? What about Apple Watch®?
Lake City Bank Digital is available on Apple Watch, but not on Samsung Watch or other Android wearables.
How do I enroll in Lake City Bank Digital?
To enroll in Lake City Bank Digital from your desktop, laptop or tablet, go to our enrollment page and click on either Enroll Your Consumer Accounts or Enroll Your Business Accounts.To enroll on a mobile device, download our app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and tap the Enroll link at the bottom of the screen. On the page that opens, tap either Enroll Your Consumer Accounts or Enroll Your Business Accounts.

You can also visit one of our branches, and we’ll help you enroll. You only need to enroll in Lake City Bank Digital on one device. After you enroll, you can log in to your account from any device.

Does Lake City Bank Digital function the same way on every device?
Yes, the features and functionality of Lake City Bank Digital are the same, regardless of the device you’re using, and regardless of whether you’re using a personal or business login.
Do I have to have an email address to use Lake City Bank Digital?
For personal accounts, it’s not required, but we prefer to have a current email on file for you so we can communicate efficiently.For business accounts, we require you to provide an email address during the enrollment process.

How can I change my Lake City Bank Digital password?
Log in to Lake City Bank Digital and go to Settings, then Security Preferences and select Change Password.
Lake City Bank Digital timed out. Why?
Our system times out after you’re logged in for 60 minutes, or after 10 minutes with no measurable key strokes or movement of your mouse. When this happens, simply log back in.
I used to be able to use Zelle® for transactions in my business account. Can I do the same in Lake City Bank Digital?
No, you can only use Zelle® with personal checking accounts.
Can I see my statements in Lake City Bank Digital?
Yes, you can see your statements. Log in to Lake City Bank Digital and go to Account Services, then View Online Documents.If you’re having trouble downloading your statements, you may need to update your browser settings by following the steps below.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top right of your Chrome window, then select Settings from the menu.
  2. Click Privacy and security in the left sidebar menu of the Settings window.
  3. Click Site Settings in the Privacy and security options list.
  4. Scroll down and click Additional content settings at the bottom.
  5. Click PDF documents, then turn on Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top right of your Edge window, then select Settings from the menu.
  2. Search for PDF in the Search settings bar above the left sidebar menu of the Settings window.
  3. Scroll down and click PDF documents.
  4. Turn on Always open PDF files externally.
Will my Lake City Bank credit card appear in Lake City Bank Digital?
Yes, your Lake City Bank credit card and balance information will appear on the Home screen. When you click on that account, the system will launch you into the credit card payment site. Please note that your balance may not be up to date if you’ve recently used your credit card.
Can I make an external transfer (a transfer to an account at another bank)? What is the fee?
Yes, you can set up external transfers for personal accounts. No fee applies when you make an external transfer through Lake City Bank Digital.Business accounts can pay a fee to transfer money to an account at another bank using our ACH options.

How do I endorse a check when I deposit it using the app?
When you deposit a check through Lake City Bank Digital, you need to write “For Mobile Deposit Only at Lake City Bank” on the back below your signature.
If I deposit a check through Lake City Bank Digital, when will it be available in my account?
Items that you deposit through Lake City Bank Digital will be available in your account on the next business day. If you make deposits after 7 pm ET on a business day or on a non-business day, they will be available two business days after the deposit. You’ll be able to see them right away in the Activity Center.
I set up recurring transfers, but what happens when the transfer date falls on a weekend?
If a transfer is scheduled for a non-business day, it posts on the following business day.
How do I access Card Controls in Lake City Bank Digital?
Go to Account Services, then Card Controls. For details about setting up Card Controls for the first time, visit our Card Controls page.
Can I use Card Swap with cards that aren’t from Lake City Bank? Can I use it for debit and credit cards?
Yes, you can use Card Swap for debit and credit cards, and with cards from Lake City Bank as well as from other issuers.
When I update my card information in Card Swap, how quickly does the updated information show on a provider’s site?
It depends on the provider—you may see the updated information within 15 minutes, or it could take up to a day.
