I’ve spent my entire Lake City Bank career working with underbanked and underserved community members, sharing information on how Lake City Bank’s products and services can truly make a difference regardless of a person’s background. Our workforce is also increasingly more diverse, which provides unique perspectives to help the bank grow.

What have Lake City Bank’s diversity and inclusion efforts taught you so far?
Since becomming a member of the Diversity and Inclusion task force, I’ve learned that diversity is a topic that is difficult to discuss, and delivering the correct message is as important as the cause itself.
