Lake City Bank Announces Promotions

Lake City Bank is pleased to announce the following promotions.

Becky K. Hefty has been promoted to Vice President, Retail Banking Officer of the bank’s Auburn branch. In this position, Hefty supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles retail and small business loans. She has been with the bank for four years. Hefty has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Fort Wayne (formerly Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne). Hefty serves as president for the Community Foundation of DeKalb County and treasurer for the DeKalb Chamber Partnership. She also serves as scholarship chair for the Auburn Classic Noon Lions Club and is a board member of SonShine Ministries. She serves as a steering committee member for the DeKalb County Cares 100+ philanthropy group and volunteers for Junior Achievement.

Cory E. McClarnon has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. In this position, McClarnon works with commercial and industrial, real estate and agricultural clients in Marshall County and the surrounding area to provide commercial banking solutions. He has been with the bank for nine years. McClarnon has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Ball State University and is a graduate of Leadership Marshall County. He is a board member for the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce. McClarnon volunteers as a coach for the Kosciusko County YMCA and a planning committee member for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Marshall County’s annual golf outing.

Jennifer M. Orr has been promoted to Vice President, Retail Banking Officer of the bank’s Warsaw East branch. In this position, Orr supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles retail and small business loans. She has been with the bank for 17 years. Orr has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Indiana Institute of Technology. She is board treasurer and a classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana, serving Warsaw and Tippecanoe Valley schools. Orr is also a member of the Alpha Lambda chapter of Tri Kappa.

Ben A. Rice has been promoted to Vice President, Credit Administration Manager. In this position, Rice helps to manage credit administration and directly manages the credit analysts who support commercial bankers in two of the bank’s regions. He is the principal trainer for all of the bank’s credit analysts. He has been with the bank for nine years. Rice has a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in finance from Indiana University Fort Wayne (formerly Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne) and holds a Credit Risk Certification from the Risk Management Association. He is board treasurer for the Warsaw Community Public Library.

Reneta U. Thurairatnam has been promoted to Vice President, Senior Wealth Advisor in the bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. In this position, Thurairatnam works with clients to provide advice and access to all of the bank’s wealth management services including financial planning, trust administration, investment management and estate planning. She has been with the bank for five years. Thurairatnam has Certified Financial PlannerTM and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) certifications. She has a bachelor’s degree in business economics with a minor in management from Huntington University and a master’s of business administration with a concentration in international business from the University of Saint Francis. Thurairatnam is treasurer for the Allen County SPCA and a board member for the Parkview Foundation. She volunteers for Junior Achievement, the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne Advancement Committee and as a student mentor for the University of Saint Francis.

Aaron T. Connell has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Loan Review Officer. In this position, Connell prepares and analyzes monthly and quarterly concentration reports on the bank’s loan portfolio as part of the bank’s ongoing risk-based assessments of its loan portfolio. He has been with the bank for five years. Connell has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University South Bend.

Holly A. Davis has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Senior Loan Administration Officer. In this position, Davis assists commercial banking officers in Indianapolis and the surrounding area with prospect and customer communication. She also handles construction loan monitoring and various aspects of loan documentation. She has been with the bank for 14 years. Davis has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University.

Tana J. Johnson has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, One Call Center Manager. In this position, she co-manages the daily operations of the One Call Center with a focus on its Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) area and supports representatives who work in the ITM area in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for 13 years. Johnson volunteers for the Lake City Bank Reality Store and Greater Marshall County Children’s Resale.

Cari J. Juillerat has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. In this position, Juillerat manages a loan portfolio and provides commercial clients in Kosciusko and Whitley counties and the surrounding area with financing and banking solutions. She works primarily with agricultural clients. She has been with the bank for seven years. Juillerat has a bachelor’s degree in agricultural finance from Purdue University. She is an advisory board member for the Whitley County 4-H Rabbit Club and volunteers for the Kosciusko County 4-H program and the Kosciusko County Livestock Judging Team.

Evan R. Kehr has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Information Security Analyst. In this position, Kehr manages the bank’s security vulnerability management program and oversees network security controls. He has been with the bank for eight years. Kehr has a bachelor’s degree in management from Grace College. He also holds A+, Security+ and CySA+ industry certifications.

Natalie M. Ousley has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, One Call Center Manager. In this position, Ousley co-manages the daily operations of the One Call Center and supports representatives in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for 15 years. Ousley has a bachelor’s degree from Anderson University. She is treasurer for Hands for the World and as a board member for Camp Destiny. Ousley volunteers teaching Money Smart classes and for Junior Achievement.

Stacy M. Richardson has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Senior Loan Administration Officer. In this position, Richardson assists commercial banking officers serving Goshen and the surrounding area with prospect and customer communication. She also handles various aspects of construction loan monitoring and loan documentation. She has been with the bank for nine years. Richardson has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the Indiana Institute of Technology. She volunteers for Junior Achievement.

Lindsay N. Stanifer has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Officer of the bank’s Middlebury branch. In this position, Stanifer supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles retail and small business loans. She has been with the bank for four years. Stanifer is a member of the Middlebury Chamber of Commerce. She volunteers for Junior Achievement, the Boys and Girls Club of Middlebury and the Middlebury Chamber of Commerce.

Tori L. Starr has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Security Officer. In this position, Starr is responsible for the physical security of the bank’s properties including all 50 branches. She also works on new office openings and remodels and helps prepare for regulatory exams. She has been with the bank for eight years. Starr has a bachelor’s degree in accounting with minors in finance and criminal justice from Indiana University Fort Wayne (formerly Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne). She volunteers for the Lake City Bank Reality Store and the annual Wheels on Fire Smash Out Cancer event.

Ashley R. Hite has been promoted to Retail Loan Operations Officer. In this position, Hite provides leadership, monitors workflow and manages the teams that process installment loans and lines of credit. She also tracks and coordinates employee Community Reinvestment Act volunteer hours for her department. She has been with the bank for one year. Hite volunteers for Junior Achievement.

Corbin J. Holtsberry has been promoted to Senior Loan Administration Officer. In this position, Holtsberry supports commercial loan officers serving Warsaw and the surrounding area with customer communication, loan preparation final loan review and closings. He has been with the bank for three years. Holtsberry has a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness with a concentration in agricultural finance from Purdue University. He is an ambassador for the Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce’s Young Adult Professionals. Holtsberry volunteers for the Greater Marshall County Children’s Resale.

Luke C. Mungovan has been promoted to Senior Loan Administration Officer. In this position, Mungovan assists commercial loan officers serving Fort Wayne and the surrounding area with prospect and customer communication and loan closings. He is also responsible for loan documentation. He has been with the bank for two years. Mungovan has a bachelor’s degree in business finance from Indiana University Fort Wayne (formerly Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne). Mungovan is a member of Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana and a graduate of its Leadership Institute. He volunteers for Junior Achievement and as a math tutor for the Literacy Alliance.
