Lake City Bank Announces Promotions
Lake City Bank is pleased to announce the following promotions.
Jenny D. Escobedo has been promoted to Real Estate Appraisal Officer. In this position, Escobedo reviews appraisals, evaluations and environmental reports. She also assists with validating previous appraisals. She has been with the bank for six years. Escobedo has a certificate from the Ken Beer School of Real Estate. She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, the Food Bank of Northern Indiana and the Lake City Bank Reality Store.
Rhonda Frank has been promoted to Payroll and Benefits Officer. In this position, Frank works with Lake City Bank employees to provide payroll and benefit administration. She joined the bank about a year ago. Frank has a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. She has also earned SHRM-CP and PHR certifications. Frank serves as Communications Director for the Kosciusko Human Resources Association and as President Elect for the Milestones Early Education Center Board. She volunteers with Junior Achievement.
Kelsey M. Jenkins has been promoted to Senior Loan Administration Officer. In this position, Jenkins assists commercial banking officers in preparing for loan closings, communicating with customers and performing due diligence. She has been with the bank for six years. Jenkins has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne (now Purdue University Fort Wayne). She volunteers with Junior Achievement.
Tana J. Johnson has been promoted to ITM & One Call Center Officer. In this position, Johnson supports One Call Center representatives in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also manages the daily operations of the ITM area. She has been with the bank for 11 years. Johnson volunteers with the Enchanted Hills Community Association teaching Money Smart classes.
Natalie M. Ousley has been promoted to One Call Center Officer. In this position, Ousley manages the daily operations of the One Call Center and supports representatives in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for 14 years. Ousley has a bachelor’s degree from Anderson University. She volunteers with the Enchanted Hills Community Association teaching Money Smart Classes and with Junior Achievement.
Tiffany R. Peterson has been promoted to Merchant & Cardholder Services Officer. In this position, Peterson works with prospective Merchant and Cardholder Services clients during the sales process, identifying their unique needs and determining appropriate solutions. She has been with the bank for seven years. Peterson graduated from Rudae’s School of Beauty Culture. She serves as a board member for One Warsaw. Peterson is a member of Young Adult Professionals and the Midwest Acquirer’s Association. She volunteers with the Lake City Bank Reality Store.
Grant R. Toney has been promoted to Treasury Management Implementation Officer. In this position, Toney provides customer support throughout the product implementation process and handles client billing and account analysis. He has been with the bank for three years. Toney attended Indiana University and Grace College.
