Lake City Bank is pleased to welcome its summer intern class of 2023 made up of 26 talented students from local high schools and universities in Indiana, Illinois and Florida.

This year’s intern class includes six students who are returning for another summer at Lake City Bank. Interns work in areas around the bank to gain real-world experience and explore careers in financial services.

Lucy Shafer, Corporate & Institutional Services Intern, is a junior at Purdue University majoring in business mathematics with an accounting minor.

Neha Yadav, Compliance & Security Intern, is in her final semester of graduate school at Purdue University studying business administration. She’s returning for a second summer at Lake City Bank.

Lily Ault, Retail Banker Intern, is a freshman at Ball State University and plans to major in finance.

Izzy Losee, Retail Banker Intern, is a freshman at Southeastern University and plans to major in ministerial leadership with a focus in missional work and finance. She’s returning for a second summer at Lake City Bank.

Lily Waters, Retail Banker Intern, is a senior at Carroll High School.

Jericho Stichter, Finance Intern, is a sophomore at Grace College majoring in accounting.

Caitlyn Patrick, Retail Banker Intern, is a freshman at Indiana University and plans to major in accounting and statistics. She’s returning for a second summer at Lake City Bank.

Audrey Grimm, Credit & Commercial Banking Intern, is a junior at Taylor University majoring in finance with a minor in data science.

Rubi Laud, Electronic Banking Intern, is a sophomore at Grace College majoring in accounting.

Makenna Smith, Retail Banker Intern, is a sophomore at Olivet Nazarene University majoring in engineering. She’s returning for a second summer at Lake City Bank.

Dahna Frump, Retirement Services Analyst Intern, is a sophomore at Grace College majoring in accounting.

Luke Cooper, Credit & Commercial Banking Intern, is a senior at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) majoring in finance with a co-minor in real estate.

Ryan Brown, Commercial Loan Operations Intern, is a junior at Huntington University majoring in agribusiness with a focus in economics and finance.

Sam Blakely, Retail Banker Intern, is a junior at Purdue University majoring in finance with a psychology minor.
