How does Lake City Bank exemplify its core value of inclusivity?
In my experience it is relatively easy to feel included at Lake City Bank. We are big enough to have access to large resources like tailored training programs, yet small enough to be involved in areas that pique our interest. If I have ever felt passionate about an idea, the answer has always been to explore that and never to snuff it out. I think that speaks volumes to our inclusivity. Diversity is having a seat at the table and inclusivity is being able to speak and be heard at the table. I think that value comes from the top down and empowers us to grow.
