Robert M. Congdon, QKA^®

Robert M. Congdon serves as Vice President, Trust Officer and Retirement Plan Services Manager. He started his career in financial services in 1994 and joined Lake City Bank in 2021.

Robert volunteers with the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission. He believes they impact so many lives and members of his community and feels it is important to contribute and assist where he can.

He is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA®). He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Ball State University.

Leslie E. Rohrer

Leslie Rohrer serves as Assistant Vice President, Retirement Plan Services Officer. She started her career in financial services in 1980 and joined Lake City Bank in 2000.

Leslie enjoys working with youth in her community. She volunteers at the bank’s Reality Stores and teaches at Junior Achievement’s JA in a Day program. She also volunteers for Little Turtle Elementary School and is an active member in her church.

She earned her associate degree in accounting at International Business College.

Debe R. Cataldo

Debe Cataldo serves as Retirement Plan Services Officer. She started with Lake City Bank in 1989 and joined the Retirement Plan Services team in 2001.

Debe enjoys helping others learn how to manage their finances with confidence and teaches Money Smart classes to adults in her community to help them develop and grow their understanding of personal finance.

Janel A. Burnworth

Janel Burnworth serves as Retirement Plan Services Officer. She started her career in financial services in 1999 and joined Lake City Bank in 2008. Janel joined the Retirement Plan Services team in 2015.

Janel has a heart for youth in her community. She teaches Junior Achievement classes and participates in the bank’s Reality Store programs. She is also an active volunteer for her church.

Tracey L. Grose

Tracey Grose serves as a Retirement Plan Services Specialist. She started her career in financial services when she joined Lake City Bank in 2024.
