Carrie Gutman serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Wealth Advisory Officer at Lake City Bank. She is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). She practiced law for 20 years, started her career in trust administration in 2016 and joined Lake City Bank in 2023.
Carrie’s volunteer work focuses on education that helps equip children to succeed. She is vice president of the Allen County Board of Parks and Recreation, treasurer of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and School board, member of the Investment Committee for the Concordia Theological Seminary, member of the Finance Committee for the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center and is a board member of STARBASE of Indiana Inc. Carrie is also a member of the Indiana State and Allen County bar associations.
She earned her bachelor’s degrees at Indiana University and her juris doctor degree at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Andrew R. Haddock, CFA®

Andrew Haddock serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation. He started his career in trust investments in 1990 and joined Lake City Bank in 2005.
Andy focuses his community involvement on organizations that support children and families. He works with the Lutheran Foundation, which is dedicated to caring for people mentally, physically and spiritually. For many years, he worked with Lutheran Social Services, which helps equip families facing challenging obstacles with skills to make positive life choices. Andy has also helped the Foellinger Foundation, an organization that supports nonprofits serving children and families.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in business economics at Indiana University in Fort Wayne and his master’s degree in economics at the University of Washington.

Reneta Thurairatnam serves as Vice President, Senior Wealth Advisor in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. She is a Certified Financial Planner® and a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). She started her career in financial services in 1997 and joined Lake City Bank in 2014.
Reneta is a board member of the Parview Foundation and treasurer of Humane Fort Wayne. She is a board and finance committee member of the Allen County Public Library Foundation, Vera Bradley Foundation and Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne. She volunteers with Junior Achievement and Saint Francis University. Reneta is also part of the Diversity and Inclusion Task Force at Lake City Bank.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in business economics at Huntington University and her master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in international business at the University of St. Francis. She also graduated from Cannon Financial Institute.

Richard is President of the Elkhart Unit Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart County. He volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club because of its mission – inspiring and empowering all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. He finds the club’s impact on children and families uplifting and motivating.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in corporate finance at Ball State University.

Kevin enjoys working with youth in his community to promote educational, social and economic advancement. He is a part of the Professional Advisors Leadership Council (PALC) of the Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF) and volunteers with Liberty Grove Schools.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting and master’s of jurisprudence degree with a concentration in corporate and international law from Indiana University.

Steven supports financial literacy for children to help provide them with an understanding of money and personal finance. He has volunteered with Junior Achievement and taught a variety of classes and students.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance at Indiana University South Bend and his master’s degree in business administration at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Shelly’s volunteer activities involve supporting children, education and the impoverished. She believes that establishing a strong support system and providing guidance early in life can help create a more defined and positive path throughout life. Shelly also works with The St. Joseph Community Health Foundation.
She earned her bachelor’s degree at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.

Jenny works with organizations that reflect her interest in children, history and enhancing the lives of those with limited access to the arts. In addition to past work as a Big Brothers/Big Sisters buddy, she has worked with the History Center. Her current efforts include work with Junior Achievement, the Charitable Gift Planners of Northeast Indiana and Audiences Unlimited.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Purdue University in Fort Wayne and is a distinguished graduate of the National Graduate Trust School of the American Bankers Association.
